9. How do I check my reservations?

When you make your reservation through our online system you will receive a written confirmation. In this confirmation you will find the reservation code. You can use this code to enter the “Rates and Reservations” section of our website.

To cancel your reservation, visit our website with this code and in the “Rates and Reservations” section click on “View / Cancel reservation” and follow the instructions.

You can only cancel your reservation within the period indicated in the Hotel Puchet’s cancellation policy (see the reservation confirmation).

If you book a room with a baby, the room will include a cot at no cost.

For security reasons, the holder of the reservation must coincide with the holder of the card.
