18 May from 8am to 3pm: 1st Ibiza Red Potato Fair, Sant Josep de Sa Talaia. A festival for lovers of good food.

International Music Summit (IMS)

Year after year, Ibiza continues to be the world capital of electronic music, which is why the island is once again hosting this internationally prestigious festival. The International Music Summit will be held on the largest of the Pityusic islands from the 24th to 26th of April. This event brings together DJs and professionals of this musical genre in talks and round tables.

During the second week of May, from the 10th to the 12th, the Dalt Vila Medieval Market is held in Ibiza. The island of Ibiza officially welcomes the summer tourist season, commemorating the declaration of Dalt Vila as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
