Transfer Policy

The “Transfer Service” is an option you can opt for contacting us at info@smturistic.com.

The prices and features particular to the service are those which are outlined during the booking process.

The service may be: from Ibiza airport or from the port of Ibiza, and/or from the hotel.

Private transfer

This is a private transfer only for the people that have booked it. The service operates between Ibiza Airport and/or Ibiza Port and Hotel Puchet Ibiza or vice versa.

You shall be informed via email of the meeting point in Ibiza Airport and/or Ibiza Port and/or Hotel Puchet Ibiza and the collection time.

You must submit an email to info@smturistic.com 48 hours in advance of your arrival with the following information: enlace

– Time and date of departure and arrival of your flight and/or ferry
– Number of people

To cancel this service: send an email to info@smturistic.com 72 hours before your arrival. You will be charged 100% of the service for notice of less than 72 hours. enlace
